This Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how SIA PROTOTECH (“we,” “us,” “the Company”) handles confidential information you (“you,” “the Customer”) share with us through our website, including 3D models, technical drawings, reference images, specifications, and any other files or information submitted as part of a quote request or order (collectively, “Confidential Information”).
1. Our Commitment
By submitting files through our quote calculator or placing an order with us, a confidentiality relationship is established under the terms below. We treat all Confidential Information you share with us as strictly confidential.
2. Use of Confidential Information
We will use your Confidential Information solely for the purpose of:
- Generating accurate price quotes
- Manufacturing and fulfilling your order
- Providing customer support related to your order
We will not use, reproduce, manufacture, sell, or distribute your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific order, without your prior written consent.
3. Data Security
- Uploaded files are encrypted at rest on our servers.
- Access to Confidential Information is limited to employees and contractors directly involved in producing your order.
- Files are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with applicable business/legal requirements, after which they are automatically deleted.
4. No Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not disclose, share, or make available your Confidential Information to any third party, except:
- Where required by law or a valid legal order
- To subcontractors directly involved in producing your order, who are themselves bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as this Agreement
5. Ownership
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights. You retain full ownership of any designs, models, and files you submit to us.
6. Duration
Our confidentiality obligations under this Agreement remain in effect for as long as we retain your Confidential Information, and for a period of [e.g., 3 years] after the deletion of your files or the completion of your order, whichever is later.
7. Limitations
This is a standard, general-purpose confidentiality policy intended for typical custom manufacturing orders. If your project requires a signed, custom NDA with specific terms (e.g., for larger commercial contracts), please contact us directly info@prototech.lv before submitting your files.
